We’re thrilled to welcome Luke Horton — founder of Luke Horton Art and one of Yorkshire’s most-loved creatives — as an official Rotherham Hospice Ambassador.
Luke has built a devoted following across the region with colourful, joyful designs rooted in a belief that the things that make you smile really do make a difference to how you feel. It’s a philosophy that sits very naturally alongside what we do here at the hospice — and Luke has seen that first-hand.
Having worked closely alongside our team, Luke has witnessed the impact of the care we provide, not just for patients but for the families around them.
Luke said: “Working alongside the hospice and seeing the significance of what happens here is truly inspirational. To be part of such an excellent cause, and to have an impact where I can, means more than anything.”
To mark the partnership, Luke has designed a special edition Henderson’s Relish bottle in aid of Rotherham Hospice — bringing together two of South Yorkshire’s best-known names in one brilliant collaboration. The bottle is the first in a range of bespoke merchandise Luke is developing in support of our services, with proceeds going directly to the hospice.
Ruth Wallbank, our Head of Fundraising, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Luke to our ambassador family. His creativity, warmth and reach across the region make him a brilliant champion for the hospice — and the special edition Henderson’s bottle is a perfect example of how he’s already making a real difference. As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, it means so much to have people like Luke helping us tell our story and secure our future.”
The limited edition bottle is available now from any of our charity shops, from Luke Horton’s shops, or online.
