Leaving a gift in your will

to Rotherham Hospice

HELP THE HOSPICE to keep caring

Thank you for considering leaving a gift in your will, or legacy to Rotherham Hospice.

A gift of any size, large or small, makes a real difference to the lives of people who need Hospice care in our region.

Once those you care about have been provided for, by leaving a gift in your will to Rotherham Hospice, you will be ensuring our local community get the vital end-of-life care they deserve for years to come.

 Your gift could fund:

  • home visits to people experiencing an end-of-life illness
  • specialist care in our inpatient unit
  • bereavement support for adults, teens & children

Our promises about gifts in legacies and wills

Why your support matters

Rotherham Hospice cares for families experiencing an end-of-life illness, both physically and emotionally. As a charity, Rotherham Hospice needs to raise £3 million each year to fund vital end-of-life services and we can only do it thanks to our amazing supporters like you.

With this generous support we are able to meet the demand of our services, and so encourage you to consider leaving a gift, however large or small, in your will once those you care about have been provided for. Just a small percentage could make a big difference to us and the people of Rotherham.

It’s also worth remembering that all bequests to charities are exempt from inheritance and capital gains tax – something to consider if tax planning is important for you.
