Fundraising
For Rotherham Hospice
HOW WE RAISE FUNDS
Rotherham Hospice is an independent charity and we provide all of our care free of charge. This costs £6 million per year. We receive some money from the local NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, and the rest – £3 million – we raise through our fundraising activities. That’s an incredible £8,500 every day of the year!
We are extremely grateful to the local community groups, individuals, and businesses who support us so generously. Your help is vital and enables us to continue providing care for our Rotherham families experiencing and end-of-life illness.
There are lots of different ways you can help to support Rotherham Hospice from joining us at Light Up A Life, to hosting your own fundraiser, playing Local Hospice Lottery or volunteering.
If you would like to get involved with Fundraising please contact the Fundraising Team, who will be happy to help you on 01709 308 900 or email fundraising@rotherhamhospice.org.uk.
