You agree to indemnify and hold Rotherham Hospice and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs, and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Rotherham Hospice arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this website.
8. Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
9. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Refund policy
In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund, as long as we are notified of the product’s fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you or in the case of a defect that is not discoverable upon reasonable examination within 7 days of the time when you discover the defect or ought reasonably to have discovered it.
Faulty or damaged products
- If our product reaches you and is faulty, damaged, or not fit for purpose.
- If our product reaches you and is not as described on our website.
Returning faulty or damaged products
If you are returning a faulty or damaged product to us, please ensure you do so in a secure manner. We will not be able to provide a refund or replacement until we receive the original product and inspect it. If the product is being returned due to fault on the part of Rotherham Hospice we will reimburse you for the full cost of purchase, plus the return postage charges.

Lottery refunds
For all information and queries relating to the lottery, please visit our provider’s website Local Hospice Lotteries.
Events refunds
Once a registration fee for an event is processed on our system refunds will not be given. If a fee is paid for a ticketed event that fee may be refunded up to 48 hours prior to the event.
Uploading content to our site
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our site, or to make contact with other users of our site, you must comply with our content standards.
Any content you upload to our site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary and you must ensure that we have the right to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties.
