My beautiful Mum who lost her battle to cancer in July 2015. We all miss and love you so much and hope that you and Oliver are looking after each other. Forever in our thoughts and hearts xxx A special thank you to the Hospice at Home team for allowing Mum to be at home with her loved ones in her final weeks.
