Choosing payment options is easier than ever

You can quickly and easily sign up for the Rotherham Hospice lottery by using a debit card by filling out the form below. Please see our payment options below.

Our payment options

Please note: Credit cards may not be used due to Gambling Commission rules. Once you have signed up, we will be in contact within 5 – 7 days to confirm your new lottery number.

Players must be 18 years or over. Please review all terms and conditions before signing up. You can also find information on gambling responsibly here.

Buying lottery numbers

Choose a payment option below and we will assign you your lottery number/s.


Membership with recurring payment

This will create a secure subscription payment from your credit or debit card. When your card expires, please call us on 01709 308 919, so that we can update your payment details.


Membership with manual payment

If you would prefer to pay manually then use this option. Please note that you will need to keep paying once your weeks are up, or your lottery numbers will not be entered once the payment runs out.
