DESCRIPTION:Light Up A Life 2023 is a time to remember the special people in your life who are no longer with us.\nThis December, Rotherham Hospice invites you to dedicate a Star of Remembrance to your loved one, and come along to one of our Services of Remembrance.\nMore details coming soon on how to dedicate your Star of Remembrance.\n\nServices of Remembrance\nThe Light Up a Life 2023 Services of Remembrance are open to anyone who wishes to remember somebody, not just those whose loved one was cared for by the Hospice.\nThere will be three services, two at Rotherham Hospice and one at Rotherham Minster. These services are an opportunity to come together and reflect on memories of loved ones through music, readings and lighting of candles.\nIf you wish to attend a Service of Remembrance, please confirm which date & how many people.
